New England Nordic Youth Ski Programs
The mission of NENSA Youth Ski Programs is to introduce young people to the lifelong sport of cross-country skiing, and the many associated health, fitness, and social benefits, in a fun, inclusive, and safe environment. By exposing our children to cross country
skiing, we can help build in them a love of health, sport, nature, winter and freedom that will
enhance their lives.
New England Bill Koch League
The New England Bill Koch Youth Ski League is the largest cross-country ski program for young people in the United States. Whether a child loves the adventure of cross-country skiing, of playing with friends on skis, or wants to grow up to be a ski racer, the Bill Koch Youth Ski League (BKL) has something for them. The League consists of roughly 50 BKL Ski Clubs all across the East.
New England Nordic Rocks
The Nordic Rocks program is generously funded by the Share Winter Foundation and the Killington World Cup Foundation and was developed to introduce children in grades K-6 to the excitement of cross country skiing. Nordic Rocks provides elementary school students with an opportunity to experience cross country skiing during the school day with their teachers and classmates, and to learn the health and lifestyle benefits associated with exercise and outdoor fun. The overarching goal of this program is to provide all children with the opportunity to ski as well as grow and develop life skills through sport.
Community Tours & Events
NENSA Community Tours & Events celebrate the social side of our sport by offering group experiences you cannot find on a typical day at a touring center, are family friendly, and offer fun challenges to skiers of all ages and abilities.
